Kodak Scanner 1500/2500 Capture Software LITE v6.6.

Capture Software Lite Version 6.6, is a special version of Capture Software for the 1500 and 2500 Scanners. This production version is sufficient for typical departmental scanning needs. It allows scanning, viewing, and storing of images in all Capture Software batch output formats.

No hardware key is required. Even with a production hardware key, this version will run only in Lite or demonstration mode.

Capture Software Lite is a free download available in the following languages: English, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

For a full-featured version, contact your Reseller of Kodak Document Imaging Products and upgrade to the full Production version of Kodak Capture Software 6.6 You'll receive the following additional Capture Software and Scanner 1500/2500 features and functionality:

  • Software bar code and patch code reading.
  • Indexing from bar codes or OCR zones.
  • Automatic Batch and Document Separation through bar codes, patch codes, and OCR zones.
  • Document Printer.
  • Long Paper feature of the Scanner 2500.
  • Image Segmentation feature where a specific dithering or threshold setting can be defined for up to three segments of an image.
  • Indexing-only workstation (i.e. use Capture Software without a scanner to index batches produced with another Capture Software station.)
